Free of charge, we check your data to ensure that it’s suitable to mail out. We process it through an accredited data cleaning source. A report is then produced showing any inaccuracies in your data, including duplicates and missed or incorrect postcodes.
We can also check whether any of the individuals on your list have registered with the Mailing, Telephone or Fax Preference Schemes.
We also use our sophisticated in-house data software to detect what are known as " Fuzzy Matches" in your records. This is where a client or prospect has been registered on your list more than once, but because the details are slightly different, this double or often triple entry goes unnoticed. It's not unusual for at least 10% of a list to have Fuzzy Matches. The last thing that you want to do is to incur mailing and postage costs to multiple mail one person. Then there's the impact on your brand when a person receives multiple mailings from you.
Returns handling. Once we’ve mailed your campaign, we can also handle your returns. Returned mail is a valuable source of data, and it is important to keep these records up to date. We can create a data file for you giving reasons for return, ie
